These terms apply when you use NaijaGames (naijagames.applixr.com). By using the site you agree to them.
NaijaGames is free to use. Games listed here are made and hosted by independent developers, who are responsible for their own games and for any purchases or data collection inside them.
When you submit a game you confirm you have the right to list it. You let us display its name, description, artwork and screenshots on NaijaGames to promote it. We review submissions and may decline or remove a listing at any time. Ask us to take your game down and we will.
NaijaGames is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and the listings accurate, but we can't guarantee the site or any listed game will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or of third-party games.
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
